If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unused and neutral logo items can be returned for size change, color change, article change or refund within 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the reception, verification and integrity of the Sofin S.r.l. returned. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 30 days, and will still be visible on the following card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.

By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account.
By choosing payment by bank transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically displays the bank details on which to make the transfer. The goods are set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to the account.
The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via e-mail to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If a copy of the payment has not been received within this period, the order will be canceled. We will ship the order when the transfer reaches our bank account.
